General
What is Morphee?
Morphee is a conversational AI assistant designed for groups — families, classrooms, teams, and freelancers. You talk to it naturally, and it acts on your tools: calendar, email, tasks, memory, and more. Your data stays private by design.
How is it different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are general-purpose AI chatbots. Morphee is an agent — it doesn't just answer, it acts. It connects to your tools, remembers your context over time, and works for your whole group, not just one person.
How is it different from Notion AI or Slack AI?
Notion AI and Slack AI are AI layers on top of existing products. Morphee is a standalone assistant that connects all your tools. It's not locked to one platform. And you own your data — it's not used to train someone else's model.
What can I actually do with Morphee?
Check your calendar, draft an email, create a task, remember a preference, generate a report, or coordinate your group. Morphee connects to your tools and takes action — or asks for confirmation on sensitive ones.
Does Morphee work without the internet?
Yes. Desktop and mobile apps include local AI processing and local storage. Core features work offline. Cloud features (like email sync) obviously require a connection.
What platforms does Morphee run on?
Morphee has native apps for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android, plus a web interface.
Privacy & Security
Where is my data stored?
Your conversations, memory, and credentials are stored securely on your device and in your Morphee account. Your data is never shared or used to train AI models.
Does Morphee send my data to an AI provider?
When you use Morphee, your conversation is sent to an AI model to generate a response. If your device supports it, you can also use local models that run entirely on your machine — no data leaves. You choose your provider and can switch at any time.
How are my credentials protected?
In your device's secure vault, never in a database. Morphee uses your operating system's keychain to store API keys and tokens.
Is Morphee GDPR compliant?
Yes. We implement all required GDPR controls: explicit consent, data minimization, right of access, deletion and export, group-based data isolation, and full account deletion.
Can group members have different access levels?
Yes. Morphee supports roles (owner, parent, member, child) with granular permissions. Children get age-appropriate access without needing an email address. Each Space can have its own access rules.
Technical
How do I install Morphee?
Follow the setup guide included in your beta invitation. Morphee deploys on your own server or desktop with a single command. Full documentation is provided.
What AI models can I use?
Local models on your device, or cloud providers like Claude or GPT. The choice is yours, and you can switch at any time — even per Space.
Can I add my own integrations?
Yes. Morphee has an extension system that lets you add new integrations without restarting the app. Extensions run in a secure sandbox with configurable permissions.
Is Morphee open source?
Morphee's engine will be open source. We believe in transparency and want the community to inspect, contribute, and build on it.

How do I join the beta?
Fill out the signup form. We review applications and onboard groups based on diversity of use cases. We're looking for families, teachers, teams, and freelancers.
Is the beta free?
Yes. The beta is completely free. We'll announce pricing closer to the public launch.
What's expected of beta participants?
Use Morphee with your group and share your feedback. We'll reach out from time to time to understand what works and what can be improved. No commitment — use it at your own pace.
When will Morphee be available to everyone?
After the beta. We're focusing on quality first before scaling. Join the waitlist to be notified of the public launch.
