By accessing and using Morphee, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use this service.

2. License

2.1 Open Source Core

The core engine of Morphee will be released as open source software. You may inspect, contribute to, and build upon the core technology.

2.2 Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Morphee during the beta period and any subsequent subscription period.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not use Morphee to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harm minors in any way
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Scrape, crawl, or abuse API limits
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

3.2 AI Usage

When using AI features, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete
• You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content
• AI is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

4. Privacy & Data

Your use of Morphee is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• You own your data
• Data stored securely, encrypted in transit and at rest
• Third-party processors: AI providers for generating responses

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

5.1 As-Is

Morphee is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5.2 No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Service interruptions
• AI errors or inaccuracies

5.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of Morphee shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

6. Termination

6.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

6.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of severe abuse.

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to Morphee will cease
• You can export your data before termination
• Account data will be deleted after 30 days

7. Waitlist & Beta Program

7.1 Waitlist

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Morphee.
• We review applications at our discretion and prioritize based on use case diversity.
• Your waitlist position is indicative and may change.
• Waitlist data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Signup Codes

• Signup codes are non-transferable and intended for the designated recipient only.
• Codes may have usage limits and expiration dates.
• We reserve the right to revoke codes at any time.
• Sharing, selling, or publicly posting codes may result in code revocation.

7.3 Beta Program

• Beta access is provided free of charge during the beta period.
• The service is provided "as is" during beta — features may change, break, or be removed.
• We may collect feedback from beta participants to improve the service.
• Beta access may be revoked at any time, with or without notice.
• Data created during beta will be preserved when transitioning to the general release, unless you choose to delete it.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law
