Teach more. Admin less.

Marc is a primary school teacher with 28 students. Half his time used to go to admin. Reports, parent emails, attendance, grading. He became a teacher to teach, not to be a secretary.

Report writing weekend

Before Morphee

28 student reports, each needing 3 paragraphs. Copy template, personalize, check grades, add comments. An entire weekend. Every term.

With Morphee

"Draft Lucas's report based on his grades, attendance, and my notes from this term." Review, adjust, done. 28 reports in an evening instead of a weekend.

Draft Emma's end-of-term report. She improved in math, still struggles with reading comprehension. Great at group work.
Emma Dupont — Term 2 Report

Emma has shown excellent progress in mathematics this term, moving from meeting expectations to exceeding them in problem-solving exercises. Her confidence with multiplication and division has visibly grown.

Reading comprehension remains an area for development. Emma engages well with texts but sometimes struggles to infer meaning beyond the literal. We'll continue targeted exercises next term.

Emma is a natural collaborator — her contributions to group projects consistently elevate the whole team's work. A pleasure to teach.

Parent communication at scale

28 families. Some want weekly updates. Some only respond to urgent messages. Some need translations. Marc used to write the same email 28 times with slight variations.

Now he tells Morphee: "Send a parent update about the field trip next Friday. Include the permission slip deadline. Translate to Arabic for Yasmin's parents." Morphee personalizes each message, remembers which parents prefer email vs. school app notifications, and handles it all.

Lesson prep

Create a set of 10 fraction problems for the advanced group. Mix equivalent fractions and comparison. Make them progressively harder.
Here are 10 fraction problems, graded by difficulty:

1. Which is larger: 1/3 or 1/4?
2. Find a fraction equivalent to 2/6
3. Put in order: 3/8, 1/2, 5/8
...
10. If 3/7 of 28 students passed, how many didn't?

Want me to create an answer key and a simpler version for the other group?

Attendance & patterns

Morphee tracks attendance patterns without Marc having to build spreadsheets. "Who's been absent more than 3 days this month?" Instant answer. "Has Noah's attendance improved since the parent meeting?" Morphee remembers the meeting, checks the data, and gives Marc a clear picture.

"Marc became a teacher because he loves teaching. Morphee gave him back the time to do exactly that. His weekday evenings are his again. His weekends are his again."
