Marc is a primary school teacher with 28 students. Half his time used to go to admin. Reports, parent emails, attendance, grading. He became a teacher to teach, not to be a secretary.

Parent communication at scale
28 families. Some want weekly updates. Some only respond to urgent messages. Some need translations. Marc used to write the same email 28 times with slight variations.
Now he tells Morphee: "Send a parent update about the field trip next Friday. Include the permission slip deadline. Translate to Arabic for Yasmin's parents." Morphee personalizes each message, remembers which parents prefer email vs. school app notifications, and handles it all.

Attendance & patterns
Morphee tracks attendance patterns without Marc having to build spreadsheets. "Who's been absent more than 3 days this month?" Instant answer. "Has Noah's attendance improved since the parent meeting?" Morphee remembers the meeting, checks the data, and gives Marc a clear picture.
"Marc became a teacher because he loves teaching. Morphee gave him back the time to do exactly that. His weekday evenings are his again. His weekends are his again."
